Its maximum efficiency is generally above 70%, and some products can reach over 90% (iron core motors generally reach 70%); ② Control characteristics: Quick starting and braking, extremely fast response, mechanical time constant less than 28 milliseconds, and some products can reach up to 10 milliseconds (iron core motors generally exceed 100 milliseconds); Under high-speed operation within the recommended operating area, it is convenient to adjust the speed sensitively; ③ Dragging characteristics: The running stability is very reliable, and the fluctuation of speed is very small. As a micro motor, the fluctuation of speed can be easily controlled within 2%; ④ Lightweight characteristics: Compared with iron core motors of the same power, its weight and volume are reduced by 1/3-1/2, and its energy density is significantly increased. The core indicator of a hollow cup motor is power density, which is the ratio of output power to weight or volume.
