ATTENTION

1. This device work with 100-240V, the voltage printed on device is not correct.
2. One capacitor come with the device. If the lamp flickers, please connect the capacitor to any one of the lamp.
3. Lamp should be above 10W. For most lamps above 10W, the capacitor is not necessary.
